WHO IS THE NEW AMERICAN PARTY?

We’re you! And just like our name says…we’re a new American party. We’re not Libertarian …or Green…or Socialist. We are neither Democrat nor Republican, far left or right, nor single issue extremists. We’re like you: hardworking American’s tired of rhetoric promises and eager for results.

WE BELIEVE IN COMMON-SENSE STANCES ON  THE CRITICAL ISSUES OF OUR TIME

We get angry when we hear stories of how Washington wastes taxpayers’ hard-earned dollars on things we don’t need and can’t afford in an effort to buy our votes.  We’re tired of the illusion of prosperity built on a scandalous mountain of debt and how sanctimonious obstructionists on both sides of the aisles, like Harry Reed and Mitch McConnell, prevent anything from getting done.  And we’re fed up with the lies, deceit, incompetence and scandals.

DISAGREE WITHOUT BEING DISAGREEABLE

It’s been said that once you raise your voice you’ve already lost your argument. And the 2016 Presidential campaign has become a crass, embarrassing low in American politics. Politics has always been a game of hardball, but the name calling, deceit and ugliness has reached a new low.  Does it still make you proud to be an American?  Is this the best this country has to offer? We can do better…much better!

Good people with different points of view can respectfully disagree on the important issues of the day. Living in a democracy means you win some and, hopefully graciously, lose some.  We ‘re all in this together so we should be able to disagree without being disagreeable.

FIGHT FOR THE AMERICA YOU THOUGHT YOU LIVED IN

Our founding documents inspire us with grand images of who we can be.  They express values that makes us the envy of many who long to live here.  But our officials get elected based on promises they never fulfill.  We are people like you who are tired of getting belted around by the politicians inside the Beltway who create the very problems they assure us they will solve. It’s not that the Washington establishment just doesn’t get it.  They play us for fools and we keep buying it.  It’s time we elected people with the courage to fight for common sense solutions.  The people are the only special interest, and it’s time to restore the America you thought you lived in.

America’s strength has always come from its everyday people – the hardworking people who play by the rules, raise their families, believe in playing fair, treating everyone with respect and who believe promises and commitments should be kept.  These are the people who drive American ingenuity and industry, win the wars and look out for those in need.  They are both tough as nails and gentle at heart.  And they know how to fix what is broken.

America is loaded with talented people who know how to solve problems and get things done just like you do.  We want to put people with the proven leadership skills and talent to work in Washington and at the State level to solve problems now not later.
